Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order ships, with a tracking number that goes live within 24 hours.

Delivery estimates

Standard shipping: 9–15 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over $50.

International orders

We ship to select international destinations. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the customer's responsibility — we know, we don't love it either.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@rootleco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
